What is a back-to-back townhome?

A back-to-back townhome shares its rear wall with another home, as well as side walls with its neighbours. The layout is efficient, so back-to-backs are usually the most affordable way into a new freehold-style townhome in York Region. At Walnut Creek they start from the high $500s.

What is a rear-lane townhome?

A rear-lane townhome has its garage at the back, reached from a private lane. Without driveways at the front, the street has a clean, uninterrupted streetscape and the home usually gets a larger front elevation.

Buyers of new homes in Ontario may qualify for federal and provincial HST/GST new housing rebates, depending on price and eligibility. See our Walnut Creek HST rebate guide and confirm your eligibility with your lawyer or accountant.

What is a worksheet and do I need one?

A worksheet is a request for specific units, submitted before or at launch so your choices can be put forward for allocation. It is not an agreement of purchase and sale. You can submit your Walnut Creek worksheet online.

Do you represent the builder?

No. We are independent Realtors with UB Realty Inc., Brokerage. We specialise in pre-construction and work for buyers, with early access to pricing and unit allocation through our developer relationships.
