Back-to-back townhomes at Walnut Creek are priced from the high $500s. Rear-lane pricing and the full price list is released to registrants before the public launch in Fall 2026.
Deposit structure
Acorn has not yet published the deposit structure. Pre-construction deposits in York Region are typically paid in instalments over the first year. We send the exact Walnut Creek deposit schedule to registrants as soon as it is released.
